ORECA EVENTS wins Audi France’s call for proposals
Following on a call for proposals addressed to several events agencies regarding the organisation of the Audi driving experience programme in France, ORECA Events has been selected as consulting agency in driving experience and thus extends its mission for another 3 years, working alongside Audi France.
This new collaboration will begin on January 1st 2016.
The agency will be in charge of Audi France’s external communication as part of driving events. Its work will be articulated around three key points: brand, product and network. It will translate into brand experience, devising product-centered projects that can enhance the German manufacturer’s high technology. It will also lead to the organisation of local events involving Audi dealerships network. In addition to these operational tasks, ORECA Events will also carry out regular monitoring and analysis of the market in order to anticipate any changes and developments.
This project fits in the line of an 8-year collaboration between Audi France and ORECA Events. Back in 2006, the agency participated in the organisation of ADE driving courses at the Paul Ricard Circuit, at the Mortefontaine racetrack as well as at Val d’Isère ice track. Most recently, ORECA Events distinguished itself with the creation of the Audi endurance experience, first 24-hour race ever to be entirely dedicated to non-professional drivers selected amongst Audi customers.
